• April 14, 2011 Intermittent timeout warning messages marked the day of efile.com from all monitoring stations included in our report. The problems were detected at the home page of the web site with page load times above 60 seconds, which should be considered as real problem when in the years of high-speed Internet.
• April 13, 2011 Olt.com and Hrblock.com were the worst performers of the day. The problems of Olt.com began at the early hours of the day with connection errors and continued till 7 o'clock when the site was completely accessible from all monitoring stations included in our report. However, few hours later, the site went out again - from 9:40AM till 10AM, and once again with connection errors on their homepage. Hrblock.com has had a night maintenance showing a "We're doing nightly maintenance right now. We apologize for any inconvenience" message on their site at the early hours of the day - from 2AM till 4AM. Their message suggests a planned maintenance and this error shouldn't be considered as a major one.
