WEBSITEPULSE™ REPORTS THAT MOST OF THE POPULAR ONLINE RETAILERS HAVE MET CUSTOMERS' EXPECTATIONS ON BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY

Orlando, FL - (November 27, 2006) - WebSitePulse - a leading provider of global, independent and remote web monitoring of web-based and e-mail systems, web applications and e-business transactions announced today that most of the leading online retailers offered uninterrupted and consistently reliable services on Cyber Monday, after a few critical instances on Black Friday.

The response time for a typical transaction of the Wal-Mart website doubled in length in the morning hours on the Black Friday, reaching - around noon - critical levels 6-7 times higher than its regular values, and getting back to normal after 4:00 PM. During that time, WebSitePulse detected a number of unsuccessful transactions as well, resulting in less than 90% uptime for Walmart.com. Kmart.com and Bestbuy.com also delivered less than 99% uptime last Friday, according to data from the daily monitoring.

On Cyber Monday, online shoppers enjoyed consistently good webpage download speeds and availability. With only a couple of isolated timeouts for Walmart.com and Sears.com, WebSitePulse detected no major downtimes or other issues.

"For a second consecutive year, WebSitePulse launches its Holiday Retail Performance & Uptime Report to keep the general public, the media, and the Internet community informed about the challenges webmasters, owners, and operators are facing during the busiest online shopping period of the year" - says Iavor Marinoff, CEO of WebSitePulse. "WebSitePulse produces and publishes on its website five regular Reports every year, and is prepared to react to any ad hoc event of major importance to the community" - concludes Mr. Marinoff.

WebSitePulse Performance Reports measure Uptime and Response Time as the most important metrics for the availability and the reliability of any web-based operation, critical for the End Users' overall online experience. The Reports reflect not only the performance of the websites' home pages, but typically measure a complete web transaction representative for the End Users' interactions with a website. Measurements of the multi-step transactions are made every 15 minutes, simultaneously from several monitoring locations. WebSitePulse advanced monitoring system has automated, built-in false alarm prevention and error verification controls that ensure the reliability of the measurement results. In-dept analytical information is also collected and stored by WebSitePulse for future references.

An RSS feed from the daily Reports is available for more convenience to the media, the business analysts, and for everyone interested in the performance of the monitored websites.
