Performance Monitoring Target Types

The Performance Monitoring Target Types allow you to download a file from the monitored server and check its contents in addition to the standard availability and performance tests . Currently you can choose between the following performance target types:

HTTP Performance - monitors a HTTP URL for availability, performance and specific functions;
HTTPS Performance - monitors a HTTP URL for availability, performance and specific functions;
FTP Performance- monitors a FTP URL for availability and performance. You can test whether a file can be downloaded via FTP or check if an FTP folder contains specific files.
